GDA 750
With over 60 fixed analytical element channels, using photomultiplier tubes, the GDA 750 HR Glow Discharge spectrometer is perfect for demanding applications requiring flexibility, high resolution, and analytical precision.
The optional high resolution CCD optics extends the analytical capabilities of the GDA 750 HR into unmatched dimensions. Allowing you to add an almost unlimited amount of analytical element channels to any given method.
Primarily designed to analyze coatings up to a depth of 200μm, with a depth resolution of 1nm-5nm on the surface, the GDA 750 HR is also capable of bulk elemental analysis (chemical composition of materials) providing superior linearity of calibration curves for complex matrices.
Using the, now by default installed, Radio Frequency Glow Discharge Lamp, the GDA 750 HR is unsurpassed in analyzing non-conductive materials such as ceramics, glass and paint layers, using the standard lamp set or a specially designed version for the universal sample unit.
